I'm Nadia
Starting my corporate career in wellness coaching quickly taught me that most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do, it’s because of how they think.
That insight made me take a good look at my own mindset and make changes. As a result, I quickly climbed the corporate ladder and became the corporate “success story.”
Until 2022.
My dream job turned into a nightmare, and soon after, I was laid off. That moment could have broken me, but instead, I leaned into the same tools that had helped me succeed before. My mindset.
I’ve lived both sides: the thriving workplace and the toxic one.
I’ve been the manager thrown into the role without a roadmap, believing leadership meant micromanagement, and I’ve learned firsthand how much easier people management becomes with the right approach.
Now, I'm known for combining wellness, psychology, and leadership development to bring humanness and evidence-based coaching into corporate culture.
